Below are some sample forms for both the buying and selling sides of KY real estate transactions. You may print these out and review them completely prior to working with a REALTOR. All sample copies will have the word "SAMPLE" screened in the background. Sample copies may not be used in transactions. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
