I am happily married and have one adorable son named Caleb. I was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida where I attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Business. After graduating college my wife (Julie Manche) and I had the great privilege to live in Christchurch, New Zealand for a couple of years before returning home and moving to Louisville. I came to real estate after several years working in the IT profession as a web applications developer. Although I enjoyed programming, I found that I missed the personal interaction of working with other people. With real estate I am able to meet so many great people and build relationships while I assist them in buying or selling their home. I try to use the knowledge I gained as a developer to integrate technology and real estate together.
